Foot Bridge

Michel was commissioned to create a structure into a large, very tall space with a show of medium to large size paintings by Swiss painter Rosina Kuhn. The idea was to offer visitors a viewing platform and to create a beautiful object in itself, using a self imposed dogma: the sole use of common nails & shuttering wood (rough sawn pine) sized 24mm x 120mm that was kept at norm lengths of:
0.5m, 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m & 5m. The timber was re-used after the show for building projects, stage designs and firewood.
